I've got some huge stages coming up so I though I'd better upgrade my wireless system. So I popped down to A Strings and got these bad boy's to try out.
I've used a bulky system for a while and it was great, I plugged it in and NOPE! It would not work at all. So with the recomendation I got the Xvive U2 system. I hadn't heard of them but it's worth a go.
A little rundown of the product -

Side-mounted 1/4-inch ins and outs on receiver

I charged them up & tried them at rehearsal. Plugged them in, one in my bass & one into my pedalboard then connected with a jack lead to my amp. I paired them up & off I went! No loss of tone or volume and what seemed to be a solid signal.
I wandered off outside while playing a good 30ft away with no loss in connectivity, quality or volume.
The only downside I have encountered is that the unit can move around, crackle & slip out of the output of my bass if it has been knocked or twisted around. This can be overcome by either being more careful or by strapping it firmly to the bass its self.
Overall I am very happy with the product. It has a clean unblemished signal at all distances (only got 30ft away so far) It's compact & takes next to no time to charge.
